A Positive Attitude Brings the Good Life and Well Being
It's true. Studies show a positive attitude and optimistic thinking
early in life predict health and well being in later years. There
is a strong correlation between optimistic thinking as college students
and good health at age 40 and above. But don't worry even if you
have been a pessimistic, negative thinker for many years, it's not
too late to change your way of thinking and reap the benefits of
a positive attitude. It will take some practice keeping your thoughts
under control. Just remind
yourself daily that you are a positive person and watch your life
change!

The Miracle of Green Tea
For many years, green tea has been associated
with positive health benefits. When I start to get a sore throat
or feel like I'm geting sick I drink a lot of green tea. It just
makes me feel good. It's Hollywoods latest new weight lost solution
by increasing the metabolism. Researchers found it can inhibited
the growth of cancer cells and could lead to the
development of new HIV medications. It has many health benefits,
so I would recommend drinking a cup a green tea a day, two when your
feeling down. It's affordable and simply amazing!
Learn to Relax with YOGA
The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, which
means "to join" or "to yoke".
Yoga is a practical aid, not a religion. Yoga is an ancient art
based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind,
and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense
of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with
their environment. This is a simple definition.
Yoga is part of my daily routine. Stretching in the morning to begin
my day and then again at night to prepare for bed. It resets my
body - physically and mentally. There are thousdands of poses to
choose from, my favorite is Downward-Facing Dog, a great stretch
of the legs and back.
